Melvyn did a thorough job of inspecting an RV that I wanted to purchase. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was also very gracious about answering my many questions! He identified the repairs that needed to be completed and then came back to finish the inspection prior to my purchase. I highly recommend this business!
Excellent service at a reasonable price. Melvin was very professional and he really knew his stuff about my aqua hot system. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in about an hour. Would definitely recommend!
Leaving a 1 start review for price and communication. We had Melvin come out to check out one of our units on our toyhauler, we were told it was $125 service fee to come out + parts (fine by me) - he was there for less than hour, hooked up a machine to our unit told me it needed to be replaced, that was all. It ended up costing $300 because it’s an extra $175 to tell me it’s not working I suppose! This could’ve been communicated beforehand.
The day started out with a leak near the water pump which dampened my plans for hiking. After checking area mobile services, I discovered RV Wise Mobile services in the Phoenix area and gave them a call. I spoke with Melvin who gathered the needed info about the issue. A few hours later, he arrived on site and replaced the needed part. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend this service for other RV owners who find themselves needing RV servicr and/or repairs—you won’t be disappointed!
Thank you Melvin for the prompt and thorough service of annual maintenance of our Aqua Hot system in our Tiffin Phaeton. He was very informative about the necessary maintenance. We have used Wise RV service several times over the past 3 years and will continue using his services when we are in the Phoenix area.
