I called Melvin to perform a pre inspection on an RV i was all lined up to purchase from a consignment place. Ask i had to do was sign on the dotted line. But i wanted a person on my side to inspect the vehicle before hand to give me peace of mind. I wanted the best in the biz, and my search led me to Melvin. Excellent service at a reasonable price. Melvin was very professional and he really knew his stuff about my aqua hot system. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in about an hour. Would definitely recommend!

RV Wise saved the day!! The air conditioner in my travel trailer stopped working out of nowhere which is possibly the worst thing ever here in AZ 😂 Melvin & Nancy were both super understanding and very easy to work with. I highly recommend them for any of your service needs!

Leaving a 1 start review for price and communication. We had Melvin come out to check out one of our units on our toyhauler, we were told it was $125 service fee to come out + parts (fine by me) - he was there for less than hour, hooked up a machine to our unit told me it needed to be replaced, that was all. It ended up costing $300 because it’s an extra $175 to tell me it’s not working I suppose! This could’ve been communicated beforehand.

Melvyn did a thorough job of inspecting an RV that I wanted to purchase. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was also very gracious about answering my many questions! He identified the repairs that needed to be completed and then came back to finish the inspection prior to my purchase. I highly recommend this business!
