Equipment and support is first class. 5g modem and dishydock function great and reliable.
Had an issue with my 5g unit (my fault, not a faulty product). Liz and the team were on it straight away, did the fault finding and got it returned to me within a week. They were professional and courteous at all times. Thank you .
One of the Best buys for our travels in the van. Done set it up, but us oldies had a few issues on our way away from home. First of contacted Starlink, they check our history, could see the dishy dock was working really well with the Starlink but the cable was faulty. Then with further contact with RV WiFi a new cable is on its way and we’ll be up and running. The systems fantastic and the sale team top notch.
