My husband and I went to the Lakeview location the day after Christmas. I called to see if they were open, because we wanted to look at a particular camper. I initially had a positive experience when placing an order for a new RV. I made the deposit on a Saturday for a new RV that was to be ordered. After the initial ordering process, I realized I had not discussed the interior color or what the options might be. I reach back out to the salesman on the very next Monday and after two days of asking the single text answer was 'tan or brown'. Recently purchased a Rockwood TT from these guys, and had an excellent experience. They were super friendly and professional.
