Bought a 2026 Puma in March of 2026. Used it about a dozen times. I noticed the steps were getting lose. I took it to them in Lakeview. Waited 45 minutes for the lady. She was at lunch. Told her what was going on. I asked her to have a service person to look at it. She told me that she didn't have one available to look at it. There were service people working in the shop. We've bought 2 pull behind Winnebago campers from the Ohio location, a Micro Minnie about 6 years ago and now a bunkhouse so we can take the grandkids eventually. We live in South Carolina though the 650 mile drive is worth the trip for the savings and service we experienced. I tell all to check RV Wholesaler when in the market, I hope some have. I'll see them again when we're ready for something different.
