Everything went smooth up until they got our business then started going down hill. My husband and I place an order for our rv in spring. They were emailing us constantly to get us to fill out paperwork and send it back to them. Once everything was finalized they told us it would be an 8-12 week wait. This company was great it was our first time renting an rv it was easy process and they went over everything with us in great detail. They were very patient with all my questions even during our trip was quick to call or message back with Amy issues or questions we had. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family and we will rent from them again
We ordered our 2024 Rockwood 5th Wheel online from Colorado and drove back to Ohio to pick it up. The professional and friendly staff helped install a couple of accessories for us before we left. We also stayed a few days at Indian Lake Campground to check things out before heading home. They came out to caulk the shower door for us under warranty at the campground and were always helpful. I’m very happy with the value and service and would purchase from them again.
I do not work for Holman or any other company in OH. I live 900 miles away from Ohio and was willing to make the drive to pick up a trailer. Tried to work with a salesman named Blake. He was too pushy and drove me away. He even said he didn't want me as a customer 😳 I really liked the camper too :(
