Waste, fraud, and abuse of government supplied materials. My package showed up early and was exactly what I wanted at a good price. My problem is that they are using USPS priority mail supplies to pad their shipments and shipping through UPS. Its right on the USPS padded envelope that this is a violation of federal law.
