The 2 stars are for Kyle the person who came out and measured and installed, not for the head office who do NOT RESPOND to emails. Having to pay if full up front should have rung alarm bells I was not happy about that, then we received the goods Kyle came out to show us how to install and it didn’t fit so back it goes comes out again and still not right we have now just received the skirt again but as the caravan is off site we are yet to check if it fits ???? Sent an email not once but 3 times to head office still no respon... read more

Very happy .went out there way. Honest to us to say we do not need a another skin. But serviced the awning and showed us correct way with awning and happy with price.
