Very happy .went out there way. Honest to us to say we do not need a another skin. But serviced the awning and showed us correct way with awning and happy with price.
Fantastic product and service.
We recently had a new pull out awning fitted with this business. They totally exceeded our expectations of customer service and the products that we purchased. So easy to deal with and the job was completed in the allotted timeframe. They are totally professional and have the products to back this up. If you need an annexe of any kind, I highly recommend them!
New Annexe was well made. Only complaint relates to it leaking along the stitching until they seal up. Original frayed pull down strap was not replaced with replacement being too short. Resulting in being difficult to pull out. I didn't get a 5 star job unfortunately.
A outstanding brendale business that cares about the community and its environmental footprint. Ronnie and Kym have built a amazing business that they should be very proud of. Anybody that needs out rv lifestyle solutions would be crazy to go elsewhere.
