Complete dishonesty. Found camper that we liked based of pictures. Called to make sure no obvious issues were present I.E soft spots water intrusion major defects or tears. When I spoke to Sam he assured me that it was in great shape. Upon my 2hr trip there we went to go look at it and right were you first walk in the camper the floor was completely rotted though. They were nice and helpful but ultimately I got a much better deal at Stoltzfus RV. RV Value Mart had a similar and slightly cheaper trailer but only gave me 4,500 for a trade when I got 7,500 elsewhere. Also their prep fees, doc fees, etc are much higher. In the end, their cheaper trailer wasn’t cheaper at all because of their fees and low ball trade offers.
Every trailer we were shown at willow St used lot had done kind of excessive damage which explains the lack of photos online.
They are very nice, helpful, and with you thru the process. I would go back there again.
