We purchase a 2025 Hertiage Glen pull behind in May of 2025. I took it back 5 times because the door would not shut properly. Picked it up today and was told that its the best that it could be. Had to slam the door to shut it from inside to get it to shut. While hooking up, a guy came out to assist and asked how things were going. Told him the situation and within 5 minutes he had the door shutting properly. The service department is more worried about getting credited for repairs than helping the customers.
Craig was knowledgeable, courteous, and not extremely pushy.
Our experience was awesome! Chase was very communicative and kept us up to date on the process of getting the camper in! Sean was very informative during our walk through and super helpful answering our questions. Garret was super nice to speak with and go over the details to make it a personable experience. We are very pleased and excited to drive away in our new camper!
