Wife went, got great customer service, comes home to get me to show me the one she fell in love with, I’m greeted with a Ipoor attitude as Im looking over the unit, salesman was very pushy on trying to sell, I walked away. After leaving, Wife calls to make an offer on a deposit, we were laughed at over the phone, BUT DONT WORRY….. We purchase a 2025 Hertiage Glen pull behind in May of 2025. I took it back 5 times because the door would not shut properly. Picked it up today and was told that its the best that it could be. Had to slam the door to shut it from inside to get it to shut. While hooking up, a guy came out to assist and asked how things were going. Told him the situation and within 5 minutes he had the door shutting properly. The service department is more worried about getting credited for repairs than helping the customers.
