Gordon made time to look at my camper issues the day I called him. He did a complete inspection of my electrical system, found the problem and fixed it in an hour, right at my home. No travel to a shop or hoping to get it back by the start of hunting season! He provides a great service and is very personable and professional.

Gordon offered 5star service and communication. Highly recommend and I will use his service when needed in the future. The business is aptly named as my vacation was indeed saved.

I would give a 10 star if that were possible! I couldn't get my refrigerator to cool, of course it was a Friday afternoon. Gordan took my call and very patiently talked me through the trouble shooting process. I should mention that I made multiple calls to him, he answered every time and never made me feel like I was bothering him or like I was dumb for asking so many questions! Gordon will be my RV guy from this day forrward. His knowledge and wisdom about my refrigerator problem was, like none other!! It was all done just ... read more

Gordon is really a "vacation saver". We had a toilet problem and 3 other repair services told us it was probably a. bad valve (our trailer is new) which would have cost $300+ to replace. Gordon listened carefully and thought maybe we just had a clog in our water spraying device which is in the bowl. He coached us how to take it apart and check and sure enough he was right. It was filled with bits of plastic that never got cleaned out when it was installed. He gave us this great advice and instructions over the phone at no co... read more

I cant say enough good things about Gordon and his attention to detail. He went above and beyond what we asked of him. We called him to fix the water heater in our camper and he came out the next day and he fixed that quickly. Then he spent over an hour checking the plumbing, a/c and heat and walked us though every aspect of how to maintain our camper and keep it in tip top shape. Also he is heck of a nice man. I will use him from now on for all my camper repair needs and will recommend him to anybody and everybody.
