I am a first time camper owner and naively trusted the establishment to be true to their word when they said it was 100% good to go. Ran into some issues and quickly realized unless I forked out unknowingly amounts of money that they weren't going to be of much help and that my "warranty" wasn't really covering much. (Update to original review) I took my van to another repair shop who diagnosed and fixed the issue. They - in consultation with the van builder - determined that the work by RVU was shoddy and incomplete. RVU did not reinstall a key component (see pic) of the furnace which I found discarded in the back of the van when I picked it up from them. If I could give zero stars, I would. This is going to be a very negative review of RV Unlimited. I have written 90+ reviews on Google and rarely give a bad one. Usually, if I have a bad experience, I just don’t go back vs. saying something negative about a small business. However, in this case, I’m making an exception. I’m angry and frustrated. I was charged $100 by RV Unlimited for diagnostics and a quote, but despite explaining the issue multiple times over the phone and through text, they were unable to provide an accurate quote or fully understand the problem. It seemed like they hadn’t even looked at my RV before sending the quote. Thankfully, I didn’t accept it, as it wouldn’t have addressed the issue I needed fixed.
