went here to look at buying an RV but was told the two we were interested in was Sold and he was DEFINITELY not interested in showing us anything else. What a waste of time . The guy was very rude .. Joke of a place
Absolutely horrible!!! Got us for over $400 to just come out and tell us what we should do for our slide out then quoted us 1600 to fix it the next day. The next day came and they texted how they quoted us the wrong price and it would actually be over $4,000. What a rip off!!!! We will never try this company again and would not recommend then to anyone else!!!
We were stuck in our driveway with slide refusing to go in. We called RV Unlimited who charged us $250 just to come out. Understood, it was a Saturday. Their technician was great and yes he fixed our slide by replacing both the motor and controller. However, customer service was horrible. We were told they would be out between 2 and 4. He arrived at 9:00 and then had to return Sunday. No calls or texts to let us know that they were running behind. We contacted them and were told he would arrive shortly. We charge a service call fee of $150 and a diagnostic fee of $100 and a sanitation fee of $150. Then we will give you an estimate on repairs if needed. Invoice for the service call and diagnostics has to be paid upfront before the tech arrives to your location. Most common parts we carry on our service trucks but if we need to order parts please note that the tech will return to install the parts with no additional service call fee.
