We charge a service call fee of $150 and a diagnostic fee of $100 and a sanitation fee of $150. Then we will give you an estimate on repairs if needed. Invoice for the service call and diagnostics has to be paid upfront before the tech arrives to your location. I found myself in a bind while camping. My converter box went out on us. I called and the man was able to help me figure out exactly what I needed. He made time for me to be able to pick up the part which was in stock. I grabbed it and got it installed. We were back up and running in no time.

This company takes advantage of when your in a bad situation. I would never use them again and im not sure why Good Sam recommends them. First, they charged me 300 as a diagnostic fee. I sent them an email for what was the diagnosis of my RV. I have not received anything back. I called them because my slide was stuck and wanted the slide manually put back in. I was charged 1335.99 for the slide to be put back and 342.56 for service charge and diagnosis fee. Two years ago I had electrical issue and needed all 3 slides to be p... read more

After calling numerous RV dealers we found RV UNLIMITED number. Ken was a pleasure to work with and was able to meet our AC Part repair on a Saturday afternoon. Highly recommend for great customer service.
