Went to have my Aqua Hot repaired, $2,500 and it didn’t work. Said they couldn’t work on it due to bad weather. After a month I took it to a dealer. Told me the original “repairs” were incorrect and it looked like whoever worked on it didn’t know what they were doing. $2,800 to fix the unit and undo the damage done at RV Unlimited. Lots of assurances and zero results. Sketchy at best. Run away and avoid. No indoor facility.
Company used to be much better. Won’t do mobile service anymore. Only thing the girl wanted me to know is I have to bring it to them and $200 up front even look at it. Used to use these guys all the time. Current reviews seem accurate.
Buyer Beware – RV Unlimited I purchased a refurbished on-demand hot water unit for my travel trailer from this company. Before buying, I asked if the unit could be tested. Ken assured me all parts were tested prior to sale and even showed me initials on the side of the unit as proof. Trusting his word, I purchased and installed it. Never and Never use this company . First pay upfront, don't do it. Non-refundable. Second, Invoice incomplete. Watch, what you going to agree to. Your on the sort end. Third, not reliable enough when you accept them to resolve your RV issues. They never sent an invoice until I asked for one, and then I had questions about it and then I wasn't a customer but do I need service. U get my point.
