Called twice to ask if they wash out livestock trailers and had shavings only to show up and be told that they don’t and don’t have shavings. Not sure why they are listed on the livestock network. Chalk it up to another language barrier incident.
5 years ago my first wash service was normal, the price was a bit high compared to others but like about a year and half things changed Some of the most good employees disappeared, service quality became nobody's business, customer service gone, my last 2 visits I observed that they do what they want but don't care what customers want, communication went from 45% to 0%.
