Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, skilled and kind are just a few words to describe Tim Scott. He came to my campsite on a Friday evening to fix a leaking toilet connection. He showed me what was wrong and what he did to fix it. He even installed a shutoff valve in case I have another leak, ensuring I would still be able to use water in the rest of the camper. I’m sure this was not how he planned to spend his evening but you would have never known it. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
We called Tim to come out to come fix our air conditioner and another time to fix our hot water heater, hes always Punctual, friendly and never fails to fix our problem with our camper! He's been a huge blessing to me and my family! It was a pleasure doing business with rv tech pro and we will be doing all our future business with them! Tim Scott is a life-saver. We had several days of problems with what we thought was the inverter — problems with the heater, refrigerator, and lights. Tim’s diagnostic showed it was the converter. He had one in his truck and, in short order, our home was restored. His timeliness and professionalism were A-1. We’ll be calling him again as our 17-year-old Class A needs additional care.

Great experience, they did an excellent job installing a replacement exhaust fan. They took very good care with the seal and used a high quality sealant. It was easy to book an appointment and they showed up the same day. Very pleased!
