tech pro came out to my residence inspect awning sad it was torn needs to replace ,Icheck the the awing it was not torn He bill me for 168.00 ,he said he knock on the door I did not hear any knock ,have ring cameras check cameras did not see anyone, I ask why you did,nt call my ,which he I thhink he have the attention of fixing the awning only to connect my for rode trip anyone that come out always call ,I ,am veteran i will not recommend this company to anyone.
