Great stop for RV accessories, friendly helpful staff.
Very disappointing campervan hire experience. At pickup, the staff did not clearly explain that issues must be reported within 24 hours. We were simply given a QR code to a YouTube video. We also informed them immediately that the rear camera was not working but were told to check the video. During our 6-day trip (over the Christmas holidays) we faced multiple issues including the heater not working, no hot water, water leaking from the roof and passenger window during rain, and sink drainage problems due to an inaccurate gr... read more
Waited 7 minutes then requested call back. Never received one. Went elsewhere and spent $2300 on a dome satellite chch rv centre are not very good.
Ordering anything online from them is a disaster.
