We were having problems with a large slide. We bought our RV from RV Station in College Station. We called RV Station across the street from where we’re staying in Tyler. Elizabeth suggested to let them take a look. JB and Elizabeth were amazing. Got us back on the road, including airing tires, in under an hour.
Tim Salazar was very helpful in the process of buying my first RV! he waited a few extra hours for us after business hours so we could go ahead and sign the paperwork. Truly so helpful, honest and very nice!
I originally gave this place 5 stars because Tim the sales guy really helped us find what we were looking for. As soon as we drove the RV off the lot and set it we had problems. The power stabilizers wouldn’t come back up because the battery was dead and they didn’t give us the manual crank for the stabilizers. This could have been a lot worse if we would have gone on a trip. My husband was able to make a tool that did the job but could have hurt the motor in the process.
