I originally gave this place 5 stars because Tim the sales guy really helped us find what we were looking for. As soon as we drove the RV off the lot and set it we had problems. The power stabilizers wouldn’t come back up because the battery was dead and they didn’t give us the manual crank for the stabilizers. This could have been a lot worse if we would have gone on a trip. My husband was able to make a tool that did the job but could have hurt the motor in the process. Sean was excellent to work with. Kept in contact with me about my interest in my model. Friendly had my units hooked up to power for me to view and check everything so I could be sure about working before deciding on purchase.
I had a wonderful experience today there at the RV station I met a nice gentleman there talk to me gave me all the information I needed and answered all of my questions like a true gentleman
