I bought my first RV in October 2024, and the guys at RV Station in Tyler were helpful every step along the way. Sean and Evan helped me find one and finance it, but that's not where their service ended. 6 weeks after signing, we still have not taken possession. Brand new RV, with stained flooring? 2 times we were told RV was ready. Neither time were the items brought up during walk through addressed, even though we were led to believe it was ready. Over a 2 hour drive twice and fuel as well. Terrible communication. Not comparable to the larger RV dealers. Their Manager has never reached out. The have our trade, the financing is done, they show no urgency to make good on promises. If you need RV repairs and are anywhere near Dallas, go to RV Station near Tyler,TX it is worth the drive! Elizabeth, Baily and Rick were ah-may-zing to work with. I called them with big issues on my camper as I was passing through the area and they squeezed me right in that day and did a ton of great work while communicating every step of the way.
