We bought our new RV about 6 months ago and our buying experience was very pleasant and easy. Our sweet sales lady wasn’t pushy, just very informative. After a few camping trips, we found a few minor issues that needed fixing and we took it back to RV Station for our warranty work. My husband picked up yesterday and was pleased with his experience and they made him feel appreciated. When you spend money with a business it’s nice to feel like they appreciate your business and they definitely do.
**** UPDATE- so my previous review was true at the moment walking out the door- not now , we had a seal tear on one of the slide outs and we were told at the time of purchase by the GM, knowing that we are full time and traveling that the warranty is great and he knows buddies of his that had something happen and a mobile person comes out to where you camp and makes the repairs . Not so true! We can’t even find a place within 2-3 hours that can help us. Then we have to drop it off and wait , which leaves us no where to stay ... read more

Had a great experience with Evan today. Went to look at a used Tiffin Motorhome and ended up buying it. The value of our trade in was fair and feel that we got a great deal on our new to us motorhome. Looking forward to our new adventures and family memories. The lower pressure tactics allowed us to inspect the unit by ourselves and determine it was the right motorhome for us.
