Recently had a mishap with my Heartland Big Country while on the road in the Hill Country. I managed while parking into a tight camping spot to rip the rubber roof plus some structural damage underneath. Big problem as bad weather was on the way! Called Caleb at RV Station in Cleveland, TX and we made a plan for a temporary fix to get it back to his shop.
