We were in a contract with this company as they began their service in BC, Sept 2018. Sounded great but we were hesitant as they were new to the area. Over the course of many conversations, emails and phone calls - approx 1month of time, we finally agreed. However, our RV had not been in use for a few months and it became imperative to them that they have access in Whistler to the unit within a couple of days. So begins the saga.
