Used Chris again ... this Time to Replace one Rooftop A/C and repair the other A/C. While on the Roof he noticed all of the Vent Covers were brittle. Shortly after I discovered that my Shower Drain was leaking in to the Storage Compartment. Anyhoo, to make a long story short - Chris and his assistant fixed or replace everything that needed to be fixed or replaced. Arrived when he told me he would - on time and on budget. Left the area clean. There are NOT too many people nowadays like Chris - he is THE BEST!
Top marks for Chris. The good reviews hold true. Chris is fair, no BS, straight to the point and isn’t looking for things to fix to charge more. He was very helpful in walking around the RV and giving me pointers as we had just purchased our 1st RV, a 2002 Born Free, and don’t know anything. Very pleased with the service and will definitely call Chris the next time I need service.
I called at 9:30 they showed up at 12 on time just like he told me. Fixed my command center and rear AC unit caulked some areas that I needed. Very helpful and knowledgeable and rates were very reasonable. Highly recommend RV South.
We called Chris at RV South to help us with our RV generator. He was prompt and professional and got us on the road in no time. He even advised us on a few other repair issues including our awning, dash a/c and roof sealant. Great service, great guy. We highly recommend him!
I would like to update my 1 star to 5 stars. They really came through for me. He really worked hard fixing my water issue. Very professional & kind. I would highly recommend RV South. Thank you again for your hard work.
