I’d give 10 stars if I could. Our A/C died on our NOBO camper, and we also had a broken water pipe and a bent trailer jack. We were referred to RV Solutions by Riverstone Campground. He took our call, and came within an hour, diagnosed the problems and said he’d be back in 2 hours. On the dot, he showed up with a new A/C (it’s a sealed unit and Freon cannot be added), installed it, replaced the trailer jack, and repaired the water pipe, all in the same day! If you’re gonna drive like a loser, don’t do it in the company vehicle. (90+ tailgating, I75) I guess I’ll delete the review if there’s some valid reason why… but bro it was Sunday.

Brian was a lifesaver! We had a trip planned to leave tomorrow and as we were packing we turned on the air unit and it just stopped working. I called Brian at RV solutions late on a Saturday afternoon - he answers my call-was very pleasant and helpful. He told me to do a couple things to see if the air would come back on -His advice worked!! Called him back and told him I sure appreciated him helping me out and he would be our RV fixer guy on SPEED DIAL! highly recommend Brian

I called for information and this guy acted like I was bothering him. That was a waste of time. He could al the very least been professional. Disappointing and I find that being rude will get you nothing but a poor review.

I called Brian, and before he came out he suggested that I try a simple fix and it worked! He could have easily come out and charged me a travel fee and 30 minutes or an hour of labor, but he didn't- he took care of the customer. This is the kind of business you should support- I will be bringing him some actual paying work- Thanks again!
