The owner couldn’t get his service guys out so he came and installed a new AC unit on my camper on a Sunday.
These guys are the best. They are always dependable, honest, timely and reasonable. In fact they are always looking to help me save money as well as advising me on ways to better maintain my home. I find working with the RV guys to be very cost efficient and the work is always excellent. They are honest, family friendly, willing to work with you kinda guys and I would gladly recommend them to anyone who asks It's hard to find decent work these days . These guys are awesome as well as affordable, timely and precise.

Absolutely horrible experience. Wife and I were stranded without A/C in the middle of the summer. They promised me in the morning that they had the exact part I needed (after providing them with the part number), and assured me they’d be out at 4PM to save us. I got a call an hour before they were supposed to arrive saying they actually don’t have the part, but would try to find it. Then, they COMPLETELY ghosted us and stopped answering our calls. To replace one fan motor and a capacitor was $705.00. Nearly $500 in labor to install something that should take no more than an hour to an hour and a half seems excessive to me. I was told in the beginning it would be around $1,000 to replace two fan motors but I decided to do the other one myself and let The Service Guys take care of the one in my bedroom so I was thinking $500 for the one was fair so thats why I was surprised at the $705 price.
