I bought a used trailer 2 weeks ago and through the process I've been very pleased. Dealing with sales and the service departments was always very easy.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. My parents brought their RV to this location for minor repairs and the RV sat there for WEEKS and weeks. Mind you, they shut off everything and pounds and pounds of frozen meet sat in their and rotted. When my parents finally got their RV back, their fridge and freezer were filled with nasty moldy and rotten food from sitting in the fridge and freezer that was shut off by the employees. We were never able to get the smell out of the fridge and freezer .. and weren’t even given an apology... read more
These ppl are fraudulent petty unprofessional thieving scam artist. Please do not trust them with your personal belongings or well being of you rvs. They hire untrained drug addicted employees and they cause damage to your unit and try to get the insurance to cover it. The damage they caused led to us having a blow out on the open road due to a piece they had cracked by our wheel well. They were informed of the damage given proof that the damage was not there at drop off and was then visible at pick up before leaving the lot... read more
