We (based in SA) purchased our new caravan from RV Sales at Hervey Bay. Joel and the team were absolutely fantastic to deal with; arranging video links to showcase the caravan, organised transfer permits so we could tow the van back to SA where it will be registered. The team is very knowledgeable, professional and engaged. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service.
Joel and Brad made our first ever purchase of a camper trailer the most seamless, stress free procedure on Earth. From the first phone call, I was filled with nothing but confidence. The legends behind the scenes that don't always get the recognition went above and beyond, getting our trailer sorted in a rushed timeline so that we could pick it up by a certain date. Reluctant/zero warranty support for new Nova caravan. I bought a new Nova Bravo in March 2022 and total cost to me has been $93,000. The shower light does not have a traditional switch but has a 'pressure point' to activate it. This has to be the dumbest light solution I have every seen. The pressure point is a small concave piece in the glass. You cannot see it which I suppose does not matter as presumably it is dark, and you have to feel for it.
