Reluctant/zero warranty support for new Nova caravan. I bought a new Nova Bravo in March 2022 and total cost to me has been $93,000. The shower light does not have a traditional switch but has a 'pressure point' to activate it. This has to be the dumbest light solution I have every seen. The pressure point is a small concave piece in the glass. You cannot see it which I suppose does not matter as presumably it is dark, and you have to feel for it. We love our new caravan, however, communication was poor. We don’t live local to Brisbane and paid a deposit based on specs the salesman told us the van included but later discovered did not. We received no confirmation that any payments were received. My partner picked up our first ever new caravan yesterday which needed a good interior clean and was very unimpressed with the handover that was provided. I purchased a new Nova signature caravan from this dealership in March 2022. Since then there have been some minor issues with latches and some fixtures that I have fixed myself with no need to bother chasing warranty, Not a big issue. However recently the air-conditioning and the table telescopic leg has failed. When I approached this dealership I was assured it would be covered in the warranty.
