Outrageous pricing structure. Was quoted nearly 18k to reroof a 25 foot 5th wheel with 8-12 man hours of extra options. I’m in construction and routinely see entire roofs for a full size residential home get installed for 15k *or less*. A scope that is significantly larger. Beyond that, the service tech that came out tried to play the little power game where they aggressively pull you in for the first handshake. I requested an inspection of my rv roof. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and offered different solutions for my repair. I would highly recommend their company.
I went to RV Roof NW for a leak in my sprinter van roof, and received the best customer service I can remember. Andrey was professional and warm, and gave me an honest appraisal of my van's problems. Even though he recommended I take the van to the original person who installed my solar panels, he found an area of concern elsewhere and added new caulking gratis! I plan to follow his advice regarding regular van roof maintenance, and will definitely work with RV Roof NW again!.
Took our new to us 2007 Class C motorhome in for a no charge estimate to repair soft spots on roof. Andrey hopped up on top & took a good look, and then did a very thorough walk around on the ground as well, advising us of items we could seal/replace ourselves. They were quick to get an estimator out to look at our trailer and got us a quote in a timely manner! They also were upfront with us on further repairs that needed done. Communication and customer service is excellent! Highly recommend them for your rv roof repair needs!
