From the beginning, the experience was a nightmare. We started working with this company in November 2024. It is now March 2026, and the roof we should have had 15 months ago is finally complete. Feb 2026 the roof coating is peeling off and revealed holes in the new roof that had been concealed by the original installer. 4 months later - incorrect coaing came off to reveal holes in the new roofing material concelaed by the installer. New installer has been fantastic but paying $12k to have a patched roof is not the equivalent of a new roof. We are now 6 months into waiting for them to make this trailer useable again. **UPDATE** Less than 1 year later and only 2 weeks of use, the roof has to be redone. Primer was not used, tape was installed incorrectly, a water based product was used instead of oil based. There are holes all over the roof in... read more
Newly installed awning ripped off during a trip The new subcontractor confirmed that the splice in the nail trim should never have been spliced, and there are holes in all over the roof in the top coat due lack of primer and wrong coating applied. All work by Igor on the awning as well as him repairing the work done by Chad is on video, as are the meetings with Igor and the new installer in Oct. If we don't get a resolution soon on this I will start posting all the videos.
**UPDATE** Less than 1 year later and only 2 weeks of use, the roof has to be redone. Per their contractor, primer was not used, tape was installed incorrectly, a water based product was used instead of oil based. There are holes all over the roof in the coating and the entire coating is easily removed by hand. Newly installed awning ripped off during a trip - been waiting over 30 days for them to order the right parts and they keep saying "they are working in the manufacturer" or "the truck with the parts got stuck" aka NOTHING has been done.
