Update July 2026: Roof coating still doing well. I had to do some roof repair due to a leak under the air unit that was there from the original install and not due to the coating. After I did the repair I was able to re-coat the repaired area and it looks good. So the coating is holding up so far and I am pleased with this product. It does need cleaning several times a year and does stain a bit but the roof material works and seems to hold up over time. Refinished a 20 year old 29' class C motorhome. I followed the directions provided on their website and applied RV Roof Magic with no issues or problems. Time will tell if it stands up to their 10 year claim; but the initial application and resultant surface are amazing. It was easy, straightforward, and I have enough leftover to put a second coat on next year, just to be safe. I am VERY happy with this product and will report back if there are any negative issues in the coming year.
Amazing product. Prep work was minimal, and it goes on in a single coat. True to its claims, I had rain just four hours after application and it wasn't bothered. Product shipped fast.
Recommended cleaner was excellent on our 19 year old roof. We found it easier to cut in and roll than other products used in the past. Also have to say this gave us the best "professional" appearance! Customer support was professional, encouraging and a pleasure to deal with. Gave 5 stars as have no negatives to report!
Like most of the reviews read on RV Roof Magic.........I did a considerable amount of research before purchasing. The key to success with the product seems to be in the prep. Like a house, you cannot just go out and throw a new coat of paint on the darned thing and expect good results. Good prep is a prerequisite.
