Recommended cleaner was excellent on our 19 year old roof. We found it easier to cut in and roll than other products used in the past. Also have to say this gave us the best "professional" appearance! Customer support was professional, encouraging and a pleasure to deal with. Gave 5 stars as have no negatives to report!
Like most of the reviews read on RV Roof Magic.........I did a considerable amount of research before purchasing. The key to success with the product seems to be in the prep. Like a house, you cannot just go out and throw a new coat of paint on the darned thing and expect good results. Good prep is a prerequisite. Would like to say thank you to both Lenny and Greg for their customer service. My husband and I must have called in at least 5 times asking questions and they were always patient with us. So we have a 1994 5th wheel and for the past 7 years it has always leaked in the spring. We tried the sealers in the rv shop in our town as well as the product with the picture of the moose on it. they FAILED horribly. The Best and Easiest Roof coating on the market, simple prep and application was a breeze. Now my Roof is like new and looks great, I highly recommend it if you need or are thinking of coating your rv roof. Out performs all the others, hand s down.
I just did my 23 foot RV roof on my 1999 Fleetwood Tioga. There was tears in the original roof and I had previously covered the roof with Pro Guards Liquid Roof RV for EPDM roofs. It lasted 14 years but had pin holes in the application. This lead to some leaks. There was a couple of gaps in the seam that were over 1/4 inch. that was covered with several layers of Dicor.
