Dropped our travel trailer off for a water leak repair in November 2022 and picked it up in nov 2023. Length of time was not an issue, as our insurance was paying for this repair so we had no problem waiting. The inside was left a mess after repairs were made. Most importantly, at pick up, the power Jack somehow wasn’t functioning at all. When dropped off in November it worked perfectly fine. I would like to say that we had gotten great service from Jennifer at Country Roads RV Center. She was great at communicating with things that were going on with our heartland Pioneer. We know this is not a model that they sell but hands down the best service we have ever received. Thank You Everyone that has helped us with our camper at Country Roads RV Center family.

The new service staff at Country Roads RV Center is efficient, courteous, dedicated, knowledgeable and friendly. Try them, you'll be glad you did! They fixed our RV in two days.
