STAY AWAY! You’ve been warned! My experience with this dealer has been horrible! I purchased a used campervan from them back in early November. It took three weeks for them to complete the agreed on repairs and probably 30 phone calls. Most of my calls were NEVER RETURNED by Chris in service. I even made a trip to pick up the van as I was told it would be ready, and it was NOT ready. That was a waited 120 mile trip.  Now, I have an expired tag since it was NEVER PROCESSED! I had a great experience with their service department. They did what they said they would do for the price quoted. They even went out of their way to fix a small problem that came up. A special shoutout to Gene for being very professional.

In Feb 2024 I gave a glowing review for this dealership. Since then I can not say 1 good thing about them. It's all good till your out the door. Buyers beware!!! So many problems not addressed. They do not return your calls, 6 months later and the people we dealt with are all gone. Big turnover. 6 Months later and still waiting on my registration for the camper. Can't get a straight answer from anyone. If I could give this place no stars I would!! Find somewhere else to buy from!! Laurie D

We had an exceptional experience with the whole staff at Ocala Campers Inn ….our salesman Frank was such a pleasure and helped us decide with honesty and friendliness. Very personable and answered our questions with great knowledge and patience. And Juan in sales dept. what a great person! Christian also! Oh and I think Tom or John who went over everything with us upon picking it up! I would HIGHLY recommend your business and guys to anyone. We've had our camper there for warranty work,they have had our camper for 1 month and 3 days, nothing at all has been done to the camper,we are picking it up and taking it somewhere else to have the work done,very sketchy service manager and service department, would not recommend taking anything there for warranty work, they will keep telling you lies and nothing ever gets done, customers beware of this sub par company

The salesperson name Paul. He was so great to us. He told us everything true. he saved us almost one hundred thousand dollars. he was very honest with us. He told us to go to another RV place that they have RV in that color what we are looking for. He was great. I wish every salesperson would behave like him. Thanks Paul

had my camper for 6 weeks ,never ordered the parts to fix the brakes ,and charged me 629 dollars to look at it. left out of there with no brakes they are not a member of the bbb ,I wonder why as they have a terrible service center

The service department and over all management is awful. They had my trailer for 3 months and it was totaled. No attempt at all to make the situation right.

I would avoid this place like the plague! We bought a brand new camper there last summer, had a wrap sheet of all of the items that were broken on it. The main issue was the front door wouldn’t shut. Obviously this is a safety concern, espically when we travel with our two young kids and dogs. Our camper has been down there for a total of 6 months trying to get this issue fixed.
