I went to RV Renovators to have my brakes and water heater checked. They were very nice and I felt great about my decision to take my RV to them. They called me the next day and tell me they fixed the water heater at a cost with labor cleaning and so on of $500+, I asked why I wasn't contacted before any repairs were made and my money was spent? Cause it's my money!!? I told them I just wanted to know what was wrong with the water heater but that it wasn't a big deal and depending on the price I would fix it later. I already... read more
The people on RV Renovators are hilarious, they keep telling me that they fix it as soon as possible but I've never expected that it's takes few weeks until it's done. The quality of material are very poor. I will never hire them again!!!
Super slow when they tell you a time frame, double it. had my Rv for 6 weeks, promised 3 for repairs. insurance estimate and approval was completed in 3 days. if you need work done in Mesa area.. find someone else. we would drive over 500 Miles to find a repair shop before letting them touch our rig again.
