We were passing through Pueblo when we had a tire blowout on our class A RV. There was damage to the underside of the RV and we needed professionals to determine whether it was safe to continue our trip. I reached out to RV Remedy and spoke with Mark on the phone as we were waiting for roadside assistance. Mark was unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help! Called to see if they could get me in to diagnose a strange noise coming from my trailer while being towed. Was told they did not have time for a repair that day but to come by and they would analyze it to ensure it was safe. I went to the shop and they had a mechanic ride around the block with me and he then checked underneath the trailer and ensured everything was safe. The owner was very pleasant and gracious to get me in. I highly recommend this shop!
