Editing my review not even a week after dealing with these guys. Was supposed to come with 2 full propane tanks. Just found out they are empty. They supposedly "ordered parts" to fix our leveling system. Turns out the just welded some bolts together and didn't even get the camper set up before it broke. Still no signs of repair guy. They will talk fancy to you, don't believe them. Not worth the hassle.
Cody was the BEST! We arrived from Wisconsin at our property where we keep our camper between London and Manchester on Saturday afternoon in the middle of a rain storm. Our large slide was racking and wouldn't go in or out! Cody arrived within 40 minutes of our initial call and had us fully operational within an hour! Friendly and fast service. Have definitely saved RV Proz as a future contact!
I broke down in Corbin my serpentine belt broke we put new on and it didn't work so we had to replace my AC. Compressor bypass pulley I called around and Rv. Proz. Mobile services answered I ordered the part the day my part came in these guys stopped came to where we were towed my car to his shop and allowed us to ride and sit at the shop while it was being fixed. My father went to them to get a CAMPER. After looking at multiple campers my dad picked one out. They had us return to RV Pros multiple times saying camper would be ready for delivery. After 3 weeks of giving us the run around we canceled the deal. Ohhhh and They put a GOLF CART on the loan information NOT a CAMPER. These people are a mess and do not communicate well at all. Richard is a fraud. We reported Richard for his Dealers License to the lender he tried lying about the purchase of golf cart.
After selling my property in TX, then moving to Kentucky and having never lived in an RV, I had reservations on calling anyone to help fix my hot water heater. So I took a chance and called an the lady on the phone was absolutely wonderful, helpful and explained everything. After booking, I meet probably the best Americans I've ever meet, Shawn, an American worth fighting and dieing for.
