Had a slide out on the RV that wouldn’t budge on one side. Later realizing there was no manual override or anything for what I had. I called late in the day, but they came out faster than I thought. Had it fixed faster than I thought they would too! Saved me somewhere between $400-$700 for what I thought would needing replacement parts. Very happy with the service. If i could give 0 stars i would.I bought a camper from rv pros aka mr doug slone.i have now made my 6 mth pmt and still donot have a title as 7-12-25.this has went on since feb 2025.it still has had no inspection from the fire marshal.i cant wate to see how this inspection was done if done at all..weve spoke with him severel times after haveing to chase him down for weeks from his hideing spot im avoided big time..so now i have a 16999 loan on a camper that has no title..its still in the previous owner in tennessee.when it w... read more
My windshield wipers stopped working on my trip. Called RV Pros and they were quick to Respond. They sent Shawn out. He tried all day and into the next morning to find a replacement pump. Although he was not successful in finding a pump he returned the next morning and gave us his personal cell and told us to call him if there were any issues while we were making our way to Cincinnati.
Very quick and knowledgeable of the rv. Had it fixed in less than a half an hour. Would recommend
Very nice gentleman (Cameron) that installed my waterless hot water heater. I had an issue after it was installed and contacted Dustin and he took care of it ASAP. I would highly recommend them.
