Jay was very communicative pre inspection, arrived on time and did a detailed inspection with a report of excellent quality - photos, videos etc. I joined him as he was completing the inspection and he lead me through what he’d done and what he’d found. Professional, personable, competent and knowledgeable. Received the detailed inspection report around noon the following day, was able to send a simple summary to our dealer for their service team to address the four relatively minor items found on our Brinkley unit. Everything went smooth. Jay at RV Pro Solutions was awesome to work with. Super knowledgeable, responsive, and actually takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense. We would highly recommend Jay at RV Pro Solutions. We scheduled him to do an RV inspection we were purchasing from an individual. We were not able to be there on the day the inspection but he made us very comfortable by his constant communication and knowledge. Even the RV owner who was present during the inspection commented on how thorough an professional he Was!
