I used RV Pro services for a pre-purchase inspection for a 5th wheel I was looking at. Jay was awesome, he called me before anything was booked and went over the whole process with me and answered all of my questions. The day of the inspection Jay called me to let me know there were major issues right away. Jay helped me avoid major repair cost and a giant headache. I would 100% us this service again.

Jay is a fantastic tech and a better person did an inspection on my RV six months ago And still has no problem, answering questions as thing arise with my RV. Would highly recommend Jay’s inspection service before and after the sale.

Jay was very communicative pre inspection, arrived on time and did a detailed inspection with a report of excellent quality - photos, videos etc. I joined him as he was completing the inspection and he lead me through what he’d done and what he’d found. Everything went smooth. Jay at RV Pro Solutions was awesome to work with. Super knowledgeable, responsive, and actually takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right, not just getting through it. Everything was handled professionally and smoothly from start to finish. If you need RV help and want someone you can trust, I’d definitely recommend Jay and RV Pro Solutions.

I had a fantastic experience with RV Pro Solutions. Jay spent several hours walking me through the unit piece by piece, explaining everything from the condition of the RV to how everything actually works in real life. He covered operations, safety, maintenance, and even general RV etiquette in a way that was clear, patient, and easy to understand. If you are buying an RV and want both a thorough inspection and real-world guidance from someone who clearly knows what he’s doing, I highly recommend him. Jay is a fantastic resou... read more
