Here we go! We bought a used 21 fifth wheel. When we 1st looked At it. I pointed out that the tires did not appear to be in good condition. I was assured they would be inspected. We signed the paperwork and then they do the work on the camper to make any necessary repairs. Once again, I was assured all my concerns would be addressed. When we went to pick up the camper, I asked if the tires were inspected. I was assured that the tires were fine. We stopped in at the beginning of our trip when we realized that we needed to flip our hitch ball. Everyone we can into contact with was personable and professional. Our questions about other items for sale and issues were answered with knowledge and good humor by the service department. I highly recommend The RV Guys.
