If anyone is looking to purchase a new or used RV then do yourself a huge favor and deal with the RV guys in valley view, Texas!! I can not express how amazing in everyway the the sales rep. Matt Reeves was with our purchase. It was as if we dealt with friend and family. Truthfully one of the best experiences I have ever had! I just hope the owner reads this because Matt was great!
Man! These guys are good! First time calling! Not to sure what I needed to do but the parts department wAs on point Dakota help me figure out what I should do and what I needed to look for. I needed a window for the bunk room on my 2020 Laredo by Keystone. I called several places to get this window and they couldn't help me. They told me it was a model they quit making and couldn't get parts for it anymore. But The RV Guys didn't give up on me! Arrived with a brake problem which the dealership fixed for me. Great customer skills. I recommend them for RV related repairs.
