Can’t say enough good things about our experience in purchasing our new 2026 NO BO 20.6 at Liberty Trail RV!! Brandon Twito was our salesperson and was fantastic to deal with! The entire team there reached out to us while we were waiting on our rv to arrive. I saw their number pop up on the caller ID and my first thought was oh no what’s the delay. This review is for the service department. Scott is an excellent service advisor who is very honest and up front. The service department did an inspection of my travel trailer and identified several issues, provided me with extensive pictures, diagnosed issues, and gave me all of the information I needed to make informed decisions on the maintenance of my RV. Easily the best RV service experience I've had in the last 5 years.
We had a new air conditioner installed at Liberty by Eric. We can’t say enough about his quality of work and work ethic. He went above and beyond for us to make sure we had a good working A/C. He went over everything with us and answered all of our questions. Scott and James in the service department were amazing and kept us updated at every step.
