Ordered an expensive part ($1455) for my motorhome over two weeks ago and received the email stating the payment went through two days after I ordered it however, no shipping information was ever received. Tried contacting Customer Support six times asking for possible date of shipment however, no one called me back. Had to go through credit card company to retrieve my payment back to my card. I would never do business with this company. Unreliable.
