The cushions and covers I received wer gorgeous however they are the wrong size. I need a set of 40 inches dark brown, please issue return authorization and replacement of 40 " cushions. Love you stuff
The kayak I purchased was picked up from Uncharted on March 6th by Meyer Logistics. It made it to their warehouse 200 miles from my home on March 7th. I finally received it today on March 28th. That tells you everything you need to know about Meyer Logistics. To ship me my $1,000 plus kayak, Uncharted put it in a plastic bag and sent it out the door. If you decide to order from Uncharted USA or use Myer Logistics after reading this review, you are most likely mentally challenged.
Extremely happy with ordering from Uncharted! They not only had the best price I could find at the time, but when I didn't order on time and the price changed, they took care of me by honoring the price the day before. Fast shipping, product was perfect as described
This is my second time purchasing from Uncharted USA (I purchased a rooftop tent when they were still RV Parts USA; same company, same great service). There was an issue with the shipping for my kayak. This issue was completely outside of Uncharted USA’s control, however Kayla was absolutely fantastic in getting a solution in place so I could still get my kayak.
