We bought our camper from here and sales and service are great ,but DO NOT BY A KEYSTONE PRODUCT OR A SISTER COMPANY, MANUFACTURER DOSE NOT STAND BEHIND PRODUCT It's been in shop for manufacturing problems 12 times
The staff are very friendly. They got the camper fixed in a timely manner and fixed it right the first time.
Poor customer service and no accountability for their poor work ethic. Mainly the front staff, back staff seemed nice. Although they claimed to be backed up with work but had time to work on a Hyundai while I was there...strange
