Justin was awesome....I drove 2 hrs ..he was very patient while I inspected a used trailer. Worked with me to review all aspects of the trailer. Thank you for all that you did for me.
Excellent customer service and great folks! I own a wood-fired pizza trailer (food trailer), which has plumbing and electrical systems that are very similar to an RV. My trailer sustained damage to the plumbing during a winter storm when temperatures remained below freezing for several days. Kyle and his team worked overtime to repair our water lines and replace the water heater so we could get back serving pizza to East Texans. Not RV related but I had a flat tire and by chance pulled into this business to examine it. A couple of their employees were out there right away and out of kindness plugged my puncture and aired up my tires and had me back on my way all for a handshake. Outstanding service and good character that’s not as common as it should be. Big thanks to Justin and Holden for going above and beyond!
Praying for a good deal on an RV there
These guys took amazing care of me, even after I exchanged my old rig they went thru and found a few of my personal items and made sure to get them turned to me. They also removed my old washer and dryer that I needed to take with me in my new rig. Service is completely great with this company. My sales guy Justin took great care of me and even stayed late so that I could drop off my old rig. They were very accommodating and I couldn't be more happy.
