As newcomers in the "world of camping" we were very happy to have Ron from Blue Compass RV Sarasota. He was very competent and introduced us to all the different models and features. He was very attentive, patient and went the extra mile to make sure we finally make the right decision. We went for a Jayco Jay Flight to start with and already made great experiences in one of Florida's State Parks. Thank you Ron for your professionalism and advice. We benefited from this great experience!
Be very Careful when you get to the finance table with Eric. He misrepresented warranties to me. He stated if I bought the Gold package that he had a deal with the bank to get lower finance rates. From 8.9 to 6.49 .The next day I called M&T bank and questioned it. I was told they do not do that and it would be unethical. I was told loan was not in system yet and to call and either cancel sale or drop warranties. I called Eric told me loan was already processed and there was nothing he could do.
