Really bad, insulting experience with a sales person named Chris. My family and I just visited to browse RVs, there are 6 of us, so we are only interested in the larger ones. Chris refused to show us the larger, more expensive ones, citing the price of them and that he didn’t want us to get them dirty. After that he had the nerve to try and show us other ones, but we just walked off the lot. For context, we plan to buy one with cash, and the most expensive ones they had were well below our budget.
So bad, do not buy from blue compass, they didn’t send us our registration paperwork for over a month after our purchase and our temporary plates were expired at which no one would give me a straight answer. Only you’ll have it tomorrow which is not really helpful. Buy from anyone else!! No one at blue compass will have real conversations with our every conversation is loaded and a lie. Be very very careful
Very poor customer service. Came inside to showroom after looking outside at campers and salespeople were all just hanging out and no one addressed us to ask if we had any questions or interest in any of the styles. Too bad for them- we are actively shopping to replace our current camper.
Today we bought our 2nd travel trailer from Blue Compass RV in Newtown, CT. Thank You to Chris Bogart, Sheri Lemke, and all the other staff including the Sales Manager and Jason, who demoed the trailer, and the helpful staff at the desk. We appreciate all that you do to help us find and enjoy our camping trailer!
Everyone here in the CT location have been a pleasure to work with. Our sales person, Aiden walked us through what we were looking for, gave us a few options and answered all our questions in a timely, pleasant and professional manner. If looking for an RV, I would highly recommend going to Blue Compass in Newtown, CT
