First and foremost, I just have to say thank goodness Blue Compass RV exists. They are the only Winnebago-authorized dealer in the entire state of Connecticut with a service department I feel I can trust completely. Late last year, a fallen tree branch punctured a small hole in my RV's fiberglass pop top. I stopped at Blue Compass RV in Newtown on my way south. I only had my class B for a few months and was having issues with the propane tank. Long story short, the staff went out of their way to help me, resolved the issue and did not charge me!!! I was from out of state and traveling alone. Their care and professionalism was reassuring. I am sorry that I don’t remember the names of the staff who helped me but a huge shout out to all of them!!!!
Brandon was absolutely amazing informative and kind. Even though I had 1 million questions he was always so helpful.
