We just purchased a 2026 Grand Design 5th wheel from Blue Compass in Newtown and we had a good experience throughout the whole process. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. What initially seemed like a good price ended up coming with hidden costs and frustrating sales tactics. I was told I had to finance through them or pay a higher price, which felt misleading and unfair. The unit itself was also poorly built. Despite being told that every unit is thoroughly inspected, the fresh water tank started leaking in less than six months. We had only used it on two trips before the problem occurred. Rick and Jason did a great job of answering all my questions and did so with enormous patience. We ran over the two hours and I appreciate them taking the extra time. I also appreciated that as a first time RV buyer they displayed great empathy with my rudimentary questions.
My camper van was having technical issues. The gentleman diagnosed and repaired the problem. They were honest and forthcoming every step of the way! Thank you!!!
