A great place to do business!!
Just brought a Grand Design Imagine XLS 17MKE home. I visited the Charleston location a few times as I was trying to narrow down which camper fit me. Peter was great, showing me every model I asked to see. Very nice, knowledgable guy, always polite and ready to help, no sales pressure, which goes for everyone I met there, Houston, Karissa, Skylar, Isaac and Tina too. We had a fabulous family feel today purchasing our new 2026 Grand Design and the entire staff including Finance was Amazing! @Matt Louis Depasquale as well as Shawn and our lovely finance lady who I can't not remember her name right now took excellent care of us. We will continue to assess the overall experience over the next 5 years with our Gold protection purchase to include service reviews and provide customer feedback. Thank you for the free ice cream and yummy low country boil. Just another way to bring !!

Unless you are purchasing a RV customer service is terrible! I have been calling for a week to speak to Houston in finance to cancel my RV Complete extended warranty and each time have been told I will receive a call back, no call from anyone at this location or Houston!!! I would advise not to deal with this location at all.
