I unfortunately have to change our review. The service dept goes above and beyond but unfortunately the upper managment and blue compass wont support their RVs they sell. We bought a 2023 alliance valor last year from them and we went from a great experiance to a nightmare. After the PDI process the rv looked great(lip stick on a pig, in hindsight) 2 weeks after taking it home, we found out our whole floor was rotted and had black mold and mushrooms growing under the whole floor and then it just got worse from there with roo... read more

Max was our salesman and he took us straight to the perfect travel trailer for our family! The price was right and Houston for our financing set up in a jiffy. Evan taught us all about our Travel Trailer. He spent a good deal of time with us as we are newbies to all of this. Tina and Chad in the service department got us all set up with the correct hitch for our truck. The staff at Blue Compass are all wonderful! Great service and experience doing business with Blue Compass in Ladson!
