Update: After posting this review Antwan reached out to my husband and kept his word with the refund. Upon further review of our finance paperwork, we discovered that we were overcharged approx $6,000 for the RV Complete Warranty. My husband denied the warranty the first few times but the finance manager agreed to take half off, which is when my husband agreed to it. Erin Spivey in Service Department is Friendly, professional and goes out of her way to help you. If she doesn't have an answer she will find it for you. She has always be kind to us with helping get our RV fixed. She and dept manager Chad goes beyond to give that department 5 Star service in our opinion. Erin is my go to person and is complyhonest with us about repairs and prices. She is a top notch employee!!
