Took tech 4 hours to get here. Charged $1000 to redo some wires and slide still won't open. Company won't answer phone and now says tech Todd Ladd and Andrea Sandlin dont even work there, a week later. We were quoted a $250 service call. We were ripped off. DO NOT USE
When I call them an told them the problem that was having with my rv an then I ask if they took credit card an they said yes an then when came out there an got the job done then they tell me there credit card medicine was down

Ken was great. So happy he was willing to come help us out - and on a Sat. Leveler gave us trouble. He was super quick and had us up and running again in no time. He is such a polite, hardworking young man. We would highly recommend him.
