Thank you!!!! I called 2 other place. One did not answer, the other one responded, then ghosted me. RV Medic not only responded right away BUT they showed up when they said they would. I literally was used to the other guys not showing up, that I left the house. They were so professional, got to work and had it fixed. The go above and beyond. They did an excellent job fixing our slide out and putting on new heavy duty steps. We tried contacting other mobile RV repairs in our area and they either didn't want the job or just didn't show up multiple times. Luckily we found RV Medic who fit us in and got the job done in time for our next trip. We felt they went above and beyond and kept us in the loop the whole time they were working on our fifth wheel. Definitely recommend and we will use in the future.
