I consigned my 2011 Class A Winnebago Tour 42QD in February 2025. this review is to acknowledge the fine service I received at RV Masters in Hemet, CA. Daniel (GM) handled the consignment paperwork, negotiations and out of state delivery. Gigi (Sales) fielded the many calls and inquiries regarding my coach. Many of the inquiries were difficult, petty and ridiculous but Gigi handled them like a champ and didn't miss a beat. So pleased with the staff at RV Masters as we picked up our new Lance travel trailer yesterday. They were so helpful and professional, guiding us to select the right trailer and answering all of our many questions! The post-sales support was great also from the trailer operational walk thru to the hitch and trailer install.
Me and my wife would like to recognize the sale person gigi as a top sale person with outstanding professional way to talk to people and make you feel welcome and her and Daniel really go out of there way to make sales happen we got a 28ft prowler and are very happy again big shout out to r.v. master,s and there crew great job Dana and George lisalda
Looked at RV’s and was shown several models on the lot. Salesperson was very helpful. We were just looking for a family member. I would consider a purchase if I lived in the area.
