Well let me just start off by saying, these guy's Eric, Jeff & the Techs are all FANTASTIC. I've finally found a RV place that does it all & doesn't ask for a Blood donation with the bill. We own a 2019 Tiffin Open Road 32SA, & I've had the dash screwed back down with deck screws, Safe-T-Plus shock installed, took our Jeep TrailHawk in & they installed all the towing kits on it. I don't remember the Solar tech's name but wow.. he really knows what he is doing. I had bad wiring issues with my existing solar system and he figured it all out and corrected it. I am a very happy camper with him and this company. Their labor charges are inline with normal dealer pricing. I am also pleased with the bill I received from them.
