RV Masters Techs and their team are lifesavers. We had a issue on I-10 West that caused the drivers side slide to open while traveling on the freeway. This incident happened on a Sunday but by Tuesday thanks to Jason, Brandy and Lee we where back on the ride with total confidence. Bruce Carter

They are fantastic at RV Master techs. They kept me update on the status of my service work with my tent trailer. The repairs to the refrigerator unit are working perfectly and it was done in plenty of time for my family and I to make it on our planned camping trip. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable and I would recommend them to anyone I know.

I was desperate to have our RV fixed so we can make it to NC to see the birth of our new Grandson! Most of all the other RV repair centers were 3-5 weeks waiting list!!
I can’t thank you enough for your customer service !

Do what they are paid to do. My 2007 Fleetwood Southwind 36D was in there the second time for the same problem in less than a year. It was in for the jack in the right front after it was replaced the left one stopped working correctly, got corrected, went to pick it up & the large slide out wouldn't retract. So they spent another 3 weeks working on it. Took it home, parked it & 3 days later when retacting the jacks both in the rear would not retract completely. The tech mention that in the future I may have trouble with them. It was a Sunday & we were leaving the state, so I had to electrically jump the jacks to retract them. Could not manually do it because one wzs missing the nut on the dr...  more>>

My Bluebird Coach had developed a problem with it's heavy duty HWH hydraulic leveling system while in transit from LA to PHX. The situation was very critical and needed immediate attention to avoid dragging a cylinder leg while traveling down the road. I had made several calls to HWH and other shops in the PHX valley; many did not know how to work on this system and referred me to RV Master Techs in west Glendale. Jason ( their service manager ) said they knew how to work on the system and would squeeze me in the next day. Sure enough upon my arrival they assigned Dana to the problem. Within a short time he had diagnosed the problem and recommended we needed to order the specialty parts from...  more>>

Took it back to them for more repairs in July 16. Went to clean it for vacation June 5th. Put the jacks down, and slides out. Clean it & went to put the large slider back in & the rear part of the slider that had a new motor put on in Feb of 16 by RV Master Techs. They came out to the storage yard & retacted it so it could be taken to the shop. They had it working partly, & now it will not go in or out. # weeks and they cannot figure how to repair this problem. No vacation again this year do to ther...  more>>
