I am single parent of 6. We found a RV at RV Liquidators in Clovis Ca. It took us 7 hrs to get there. Dan, the Owner,said it has been thru a Deep inspection Passed all the tests. We went to pick up the rv, it was pouring down rain, Thank God it was. Dan,was nice at first. He said, No Leaks. We took possession & started to head home. Next thing u kno, water started Pouring in like slow faucet! So went back to the rv place, Dan, is Ignoring us. We purchase A 2017 passport 2510 RB on March 14,2022 , this was our first time buying a RV so we went in blind about all knowledge of purchasing a RV. We purchased the PDI to make sure everything would work they charged us for a inspection report and failed to give a copy of report at time of sale. We filed and won a small claims judgement against RV Liquidation Center, dba as RV'sLess, because they charged us for a inspection report and failed to give copy of report at time of sell. We purchased an used 1998 Holiday Rambler and Dan and Danelle recommended that for $495.00 dollars that RV Liquidation Center, herein referred as RVLC, would preform a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) report and provide a copy of report listing concerns about condition of our used RV. I have purchase a 2021 Rockwood 5th wheel from this company. While in the sales process the sales person asshured my wife and I that if there were any problems with the unit they would take care of it. The first sign of trouble was during our initial walk through. It felt very rushed and short leaving us feel like they did not care about the customer of our questions after spending a lot of money on a unit from them. I purchase a 2021 Forest River Hertiage Glen 5th wheel. It was delivered, the front footings were lowered, but not the middle, or back footings, the sewer was not hooked up. as the hose was too short. I was left on my own to set up the 5th wheel without any information on the unit. When I called with a specific question, i was told they could not answer the question because they did not have another unit like mine on the lot.
