My husband and I are first time travel trailer purchasers. We had no idea of how to start the process of even inquiring about trailers. We looked online at a trailer that we thought we might like and contacted RV Land of Kyle online. Unfortunately, the trailer we had originally wanted had already been sold. I came to RV Land to buy my very first Rv. Joe was great, he was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He’s even answered my phone call when I made a big rookie mistake and walked me through it. Dennis in service did my walk through with me and was so kind and thorough. In fact every person I came across was so nice. Going and making any large purchases alone as a woman can be very intimidating but I never felt pressured, taken advantage of or spoken down to. I highly recommend this place!
