Do. NOT book with this company. They will not refund or credit you even if an emergency comes up and you cannot make it. This place is an absolute JOKE. And when you try to reach out to them you can never get ahold of anyone higher up.

Our family chose on of your properties, Harmony Lakeside Resort, for our July 2026 family reunion because we had stayed here about 11 years ago and had a wonderful experience. Seven families rented cabins or campsites, and we also rented the Rooster Party Room. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing. Our original cabin had numerous problems. I booked 4 tent sites and a rv site the 2nd weekend of August. And due to a family emergency am needing to cancel. I have asked for a refund. Even a partial refund and this company is refusing to offer me. I will never book with this company ever again.
