I had an amazing experience with their over-the-phone help for an electrical problem. The customer service was outstanding—very kind and patient throughout the entire process. I called in talk to Andrea told her that are heater in are rv trailer wasn't worked sceen we bought it she was very friendly and nice on the phone set up a point with Tim that see what worry with are trailer heater. It was so nice because Tim come to you where your rv trailer is sitting at. That's nice. Tim stated in on what was worry with our heater. He told use what he was done on the heater. Extremely knowledgeable on Aqua Hot systems, it is not easy to find people who really know what they are doing with these systems. Andrea is always extremely prompt to reply to phone calls/ texts. Had my Aqua hot fixed within 24 hours of it going down, and even on a Saturday! They understand how important it is to their customers to get fixed up quickly. Very reasonable pricing for the ease of onsite service as well. I would not recommend you let anyone else besides Tim work on your Aqua hot! Thank you!!
Had problems with my brand new Aqua Hot from day one, unit is 4 years old. I had spent over 4k to keep it going. Tim diagnosed the problem in 15 min and repaired it. Answered all my questions and was very cordial and knowledgeable. Will I use him again? That is a no brainer. Once you find someone who knows what they are doing plus takes the time to explain and answer you're question you stick with them. Unit is working great thanks to Tim. Again thank you so much. We have used RV Hydronic Heat & More a couple times and they have always been able to quickly take care of our issues. The owners Tim and Andrea are great to work with. Andrea keeps you posted on Tims scheduling and arrival and Tim is very knowledgeable and quick to fix the issues we have had. We simply trust Tim, he is extremely fair and honest, never upselling.
