We’ve been on a long trip from the east coast to the west. We had an earlier problem with our AquaHot on this trip and then a second problem arose with it not starting. I explained to Anna our circumstances and she identified the problem could be a low voltage issue and suggested we check that before Tim came and to us and we’d insure a service call. While on the road, running the generator, the AquaHot started and continue to run just fine. We called her back an hour later to let her know. Thank you Anna!

One of our slides would not come in due to a fraying cable. Tim not only had the repair kit in his truck... he and Andrea were able to schedule us within a couple days ensuring we did not have to miss our next trip. Tim arrived on time to our appointment and was able to show me how to replace the cable the next time this happens. Tim is kind, professional and trustworthy. We were visiting from out of town and our automatic steps stopped working on our coach. We reached out to RV Hydronic Heat & More to repair our steps. They let us know what the issue was and what parts were needed for the repair, as well as the cost. However, because of the 4th of July holiday the parts would not have arrived in time before we needed to leave for our trip home. Since they were unable to do the repair, they did not charge us. Their time & effort made us feel like valued customers.
