If there was ever an experience that rated more than five stars it was this. Had our RV in Allentown, we are from Virginia. First night 12 degrees and the propane heat wouldn’t stay on. We survived the night. Called RV House Calls. Spoke to Tracy. An hour after our call he was onsite. Less than an hour he had it fixed. Ran better than ever. Tracy was awesome to work with , called him at 6:00 in the afternoon explaining my furnace was not working correctly. He was here the next morning and had it fixed in no time

I have used Tracy 2 times since May 2025. He has been responsive to my needs, and is very knowledgeable. I would use him again in the future. I highly recommend him to other campers in need.

Tracy is always professional and responds to messages in a timely manner. He had all he needed to fix our furnace with him, making the repair quick and efficient.

Really good guy. Super knowledgeable and explains things well. He diagnosed our rv furnace issue, fixed and then looked at three or four other issues, diagnosed some of them and answered a bunch of my questions on other stuff, all in less than two hours. Highly recommended.
