We live in The Willows...Fenton,Mo. The manager isn't around at all... There is no maintenance man... No one to talk to. The property has broke down cars and campers by our lake and it looks horrible. The raise our pad rent... With nothing in return. Poorly ran property

This company SUCKS!!!!!! They bought our park a few years ago, and have completely turned it into a "tralor trash" community from the really nice park it was. They care NOTHING about their residents, their safety or the maintenance of the grounds. They only care about collecting our rent, and THAT'S IT! There used to be rules on the appearance of your lot and hording garbage, furniture and other junk on your porches and yards, the number of cars allowed per lot, the safety of the housing, and the winter maintenance of our in... read more
