Rang the team at RV Garage chasing some hard to come by parts for my Avan Aliner. They were obviously busy serving other customers so I left a message. They rang back promptly and once I explained what I was looking for, I was asked to hold on as they had a couple of Avans as spare parts. A couple of minutes later, success!!!!! my search was over, they had the parts, we exchanged details and my parts were on the way the same day. Called in with a jammed MH body door, gave them no advance warning, an hour before closing time, and they couldn’t have been more helpful! Wow, just wanted to say Jade is the absolute bomb!!! What this woman knows about caravans is crazy. We just purchased our 2nd caravan from cruise oz ... and once again sheer perfection.
