I needed a replacement water pump for my 17-foot Escape travel trailer in addition to some butyl tape and PROflex sealant for a window replacement. Alex quickly responded, delivering the goods to my workplace and generously advising me on the approach to replacing my window. Alex is a rare professional who cares more about his customers and their long-term success than trying to just make short-term profit! His integrity is as super high and I would trust him for any RV job that I had!
We have met Alex about 4 years ago as we needed several RV repairs. Alex went beyond his call of duty to help us to bring our rv up to par! He not only fix all we needed, but shocked us as he was able to fix our air conditioners. Our both air conditioner have been broken for years and no one was able to fix. I have had a Motorhome for almost 25 year You can imagine I have had a good of experience with mobile tv techs. So when I say Alex Jinga of Fix Rv is by far the best I have ever had the privilege of working with. Alex is extremely professional and the nicest guy you ever want to meet, but more than that is a genius. There seems to be nothing he can’t fix. His reputation is impeccable and everyone who has dealt with him are quick to recommend him. He is by far the best!!
If I could give 10 stars, I would! We needed repairs to our large motorhome slide and were fortunate to find Alex! He is the MOST professional, experienced and knowledgeable person I have met in years! He explained what needed to be done and kept in constant contact, via text, when he had to leave for parts. I don’t want to travel without Alex nearby!
