This man was so knowledgeable on my 2023 montana. For 2 years I had nothing but problems with the heater noone would listen warranty expired and I called Bill. This man worked relentlessly to get my heat fixed for my family. This man is severely underpaid with the way he carries his business. If im ever near that area again and have issues Bill will be my only call. Polite kind very explanatory very thorough and if I could give this man 10 stars I would!

Bill is an amazing rv technician and repair man I called him last week for some repair on my awning lights that the rv store I bought my camper from installed which I paid extra for and they wanted me to tow it back after setting up for season .Bill also checked a leak in my plumbing for me as the valve was leaking and he repaired as well as got my hot water heater working right Thank you Bill from the Nickles Family (Highly Recommended)
