Richie was absolutely the best! My boyfriend and I were setting up the RV in Indiana when we discovered a water leak. The groundskeeper recommended RV Dynasty. Richie had me send him a pic of the part we needed and he was able to pull it. The problem then was they were closing in 20 minutes but we were located 30 minutes out. Richie sent me a link to pay on-line and then put the part and receipt in their mailbox so we could pick it up. I can't think him enough for doing that for us. This place is a joke. We looked at a 5th wheel toy hauler that was kind of far out from the office, my wife has a bad knee and could hardly walk, so we asked about a golf cart, the sales lady told us that all 5 carts were sent out to be worked on. ok We then asked to see the garage so we could see if our golf cart would fit or not, so they had to move the unit up by the office because she needed power to open the garage door. I would be careful about buying a used RV from RV Dynasty. I bought a used 5th wheel and they supposedly checked everything out and there were no issues. Here are the problems 1) Day one trying to use the RV at a camp ground and the batteries were hooked up properly. Had to make multiple trips to get the right cables 2) The heater crapped out on a cold Indiana snow storm. 3) when I got the trailer back home I had it in the shop to dewinterize and my guys said the converter was bad.
